Honey Glazed Carrots Recipe

Happy Easter Friends,

Serve a side dish of honey glazed carrots for the perfect accompaniment to ham. The carrots are easy to make ahead of time; simply warm to serve. It's a recipe both kids and adults will enjoy.

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups baby carrots
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
  1. In a medium skillet, combine butter, brown sugar, honey, nutmeg and salt.
  2. Add carrots, and cover to cook on medium low heat for 10-15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat and serve.
