Cranberry-Ginger Relish Recipe

Happy Thanksgiving Friends,

Your Thanksgiving guests will flip for this twist on the seasonal favorite. This not-too-sweet relish goes great with roast turkey, chicken or pork.

Ingredients
  • 1 package (12 ounces) fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups water
Yield: 3 cups

Instructions
1. In a large saucepan, combine cranberries, ginger, sugar and water.
2. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer for 25 minutes and transfer to a lidded jar. Let cool; cover and refrigerate for up to two weeks.
